Can You Set Up Call Extensions With Adwords Editor?

At present you can not set up Call Extensions with Adwords Editor. The ability to bulk edit call extensions across several campaigns would be a nice feature.
Currently the only extensions supported by Adwords Editor are Location Extensions and Site links.
